Die Stromfritzen
Services

Four services on one line

PV and storage project development, charging infrastructure and investment in renewable energy, plus tenant electricity and roof refurbishment. You have one contact person for everything, from the first assessment of your site to the grid connection.

01 · Power from your own roof

PV project development

Your unused roof or open land becomes a system that generates electricity and lowers your energy costs. We plan it, build it and take care of the grid connection.

  • Lowers your running electricity costs
  • Uses roofs and land that would otherwise stay empty
  • Planning, construction and grid connection by us

02 · Store at midday, use in the evening

Storage project development

At midday the storage system takes in the surplus your roof produces and releases it in the evening or at peak load. We size it to your consumption.

Look inside the storage system

  • More of your own power, less from the grid
  • Your system works for the evening too
  • Sized to match your consumption

03 · From your own roof into the vehicle

Charging infrastructure

We plan charging points for companies, residential complexes, fleets and municipalities and connect them to your PV system and battery storage. That way your vehicle charges with power from your own roof.

  • Charging points for companies, residential complexes, fleets and municipalities
  • For municipalities: at the town hall, municipal depot, school, sports hall or car park
  • Connected to the PV system and storage
  • Power from your own roof into the vehicle

04 · Transparent and commission-free

Investment in renewable energy

You invest directly in a photovoltaic project: transparent, commission-free and with a direct influence on sustainable projects.

Tenant electricity and roof refurbishment

Two services that connect to your PV system. They come in when your building needs them.

Solar power for your tenants

Tenant electricity

Your tenants get solar power straight from the roof of the building they live in (known in Germany as Mieterstrom). This lowers their service charges and makes your property more attractive. We handle planning, installation and billing.

  • Affordable power straight from the roof
  • Lower service charges for your tenants
  • Billing with tenants handled by us

First the roof, then the modules

Roof refurbishment

If your roof is old or damaged, we refurbish it before the modules go on. Roof and system are then in one pair of hands, and you don’t have to coordinate two companies.

  • Refurbishment and photovoltaics from a single source
  • The roof is finished before the modules arrive
  • One contact person instead of two trades

What’s inside a commercial storage system

From the outside, a grey cabinet. Inside, the technology that carries your solar power from midday into the evening. Scroll, and the storage system opens up.

  1. 01 · The housing

That’s all you see day to day

Weatherproof, lockable and built for the spot next to the hall. Everything else works behind it.

  2. 02 · The battery modules

This is where the energy is stored

The modules sit in the cabinet as plug-in units. That way the size of the storage system follows your consumption, not the other way round.

  3. 03 · Inverter and control system

    You decide when it charges

At midday the storage system takes in the surplus from the roof. In the evening and at peak load it releases it again.

  4. 04 · Everything from a single source

    Planned, connected, registered

Housing, modules, control system and cabling: we plan the storage system to match your installation and take care of the grid connection.
